MEET THE TEAM
Asma Idriss is a solution-driven and results-oriented professional, with over 30 years of experience in senior level contract management and helping clients attain their strategic goals.
She has proven expertise in designing and implementing Clinical Research Informatics solutions and clinical research support at NIH and the Center of Neuroscience and Regenerative Medicine (CNRM). She has worked with 15 NIH institutes to implement a centralized Clinical Trials Database (CTDB) solution for more than 700 protocols. She has served as a Subject Matter Expert on long term clinical data repositories including Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD), Data and Specimen Hub (DASH) and the Federal Interagency Traumatic Brain Injury Research (FITBIR).
Ms. Idriss is trilingual with strong personal communication, leadership skills and a proven aptitude to analyze and translate complex customer requirements and business problems into solutions.
Subject Matter Expert
Louis Battuello is an accomplished Project Manager and Data Subject Matter Expert with 25 years of consulting experience. He has successfully led multi-million dollar public and private sector projects to meet enterprise data warehousing, data engineering, data science, and cloud initiatives.
He began his career developing a nationwide healthcare provider data repository for one of the largest health insurers in America. He has since designed and directed data operations for large federal health agency enterprise systems, resulting in integrated grants and program management capabilities for 9 billion dollars in annual funding. He has overseen the migration of on-premises data services to Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Cloud.gov to facilitate health services to over 1 million U.S. children.
Mr. Battuello enjoys working with clients to build well-crafted solutions that achieve decades of lasting value.

Clinical Data Manager Lead
Since joining Solit LLC in 2015, Joelle Khoriaty has developed standard operating procedures, training materials and tracking tools that contributed to her lead role in managing a portfolio of 70+ protocols. Ms. Khoriaty is mentoring, training and managing a team of 18 clinical data managers.
She customized data management plans for protocols and developed quality control strategies. Her work on developing complex analytical models has efficiently estimated data management support needs for new protocols. Using different databases, Ms. Khoriaty analyzed and created Data Elements, and electronic case report forms (eCRFs) for natural history as well as phase I, II and III clinical trials. She optimized statistical analysis and regulatory compliance through her expertise in developing meaningful variables (i.e primary and secondary outcomes).
Ms. Khoriaty enjoys yoga, snowboarding, skiing, swimming and cooking. She is trilingual, and an early adopter of new applications relevant to analytics and data mining.
Patricia Pullen has 10 years of experience in project management. She has collaborated with 15 different institutes at NIH as well as the Henry Jackson Foundation to expand the user community for the Clinical Trials Database to over 1,000 researchers.
Ms. Pullen started learning about clinical trials during a summer internship while working to complete a bachelors in mathematics and secondary education. This sparked an interest that has led her to almost 20 years of working with the Clinical Trials Database.
In 2014, she graduated with an MBA which started her career in project management. Her background in teaching greatly assists in effectively training both users and employees on implementing and organizing research efficiently within a database in order to have critical data available for analysis. She values her team’s contribution to over 500 publications and research advances.
KELLY ANN COLLIGAN
Kelly Ann Colligan joined Solit LLC in 2023 with over a year experience as a research analyst.
At Solit, Ms. Colligan’s roles are to provide support and assist the CTDB team in form building, importing/uploading external data files, and training new users in patient administration and data entry. She assisted in creating a training feedback survey to improve training new users and analyzing results. Her other roles include assisting in User Acceptance Training, documenting data deletions in Confluence, and providing support to different protocol research teams.
She completed an accelerated Master’s degree, where she was selected as a Graduate Assistant and as a Research Assistant. Ms. Colligan presented at the Marymount University Student Research Conference in April 2018 and in May 2020 where she was awarded the Best Oral Graduate Presentation for her presentation on Holistic Stress Management in College Students.

Rana Alneaimy is a detail-oriented expert in Research Data Management. Dr. Alneaimy holds a medical degree that forms a robust foundation for clinical data analysis.
With a focus on diverse clinical trials at NICHD, she adeptly manages electronic case report forms (eCRFs) for natural history and phase I, II, and III trials. Her responsibilities include reviewing protocol data and importing/exporting data into the Clinical Trial Database (CTDB). Collaborating seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams, Dr. Alneaimy optimizes clinical data management processes.
Beyond her professional achievements, she enjoys swimming, traveling, and cooking. Bilingual and equipped with strong communication, self-motivation, and problem-solving skills, Dr. Alneaimy is dedicated to advancing medical research with precision and innovation.

Hafiz Fayaz joined Solit LLC in November 2022 as an experienced Clinical Data Manager. He has over 10 years of hands on technical experience in the healthcare industry as well as management and leadership experience.
In taking roles of increasing responsibility, Dr. Fayaz has solved complex problems within these roles. Dr Fayaz is a researcher and author of publications relating to public health, health care workers and water borne illnesses.
Dr. Fayaz is a seasoned problem solver within the healthcare field. He has obtainned a medical degree in Afghanistan and a Masters in Healthcare Administration in Japan.

Yama Daqiq is a seasoned Clinical Data Manager with over 10 years of experience in healthcare, specializing in overseeing complex natural history and interventional clinical trials networks.
With a background rooted in quality improvement and patient safety from previous roles, Dr. Daqiq is dedicated to ensuring data integrity, quality, and regulatory compliance. He brings proficiency in various data management tools and systems to support clinical research endeavors.
Since joining Solit LLC in 2021, Dr. Daqiq has demonstrated deep expertise in regulations such as CFR 21 Part 11, GCP, ICH E6 R2, and standards, as well as experience in developing and validating data collection procedures and management systems. Committed to advancing clinical research and maintaining high standards of data quality, Dr. Daqiq is a valuable member of the organization. Outside of work, Dr. Daqiq enjoys playing soccer, practicing meditation, reading books, and hiking.
Clinical Data Applications Administrator
Nareg Bakirci joined Solit LLC in 2020. Mr. Bakirci has 12 years of experience at the NIH as a contractor working in web development, as well as providing technical support for clinical data systems (CTDB & CTSS).
In his role as Clinical Data Applications Administrator with the Solit team, Mr. Bakirci develops and manages patient focused clinical study websites, manages content on Confluence, and meets 508 accessibility compliance standards for government websites.
Mr Bakirci also supports clinical data systems through an array of tasks including: applications analysis, issue tracking, user acceptance testing, data mapping/migrations, protocol and user technical support, patient account management and technical documentation.
